ACS Privacy Policy

When you place an order with ACS, we ask for your name, your billing address, the address for shipment of the order, your credit card number and expiration date and your email address. We consider this information private. The information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, for statistical purposes to improve our site and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ACS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ACS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ACS shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ACS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. ACS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Order Processing

New orders are not guaranteed to ship during the same business day that the order is received by ACS. ACS will process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of our receipt of the order. If the order can not be shipped within this period due to product availability, or incorrect shipping or billing information, ACS will notify the customer by e-mail and/or telephone to provide the customer with an explanation for the delay in processing their order. If the delay is the result of product availability, the customer will have the option of either accepting the new shipping date or canceling their order. If ACS does not receive a response to this notification of shipping delay within 48 hours, ACS will interpret this non-response as an acceptance and agreement to the delay in shipping. If the delay is the result of ACS receiving incorrect billing or shipping information, ACS will contact the customer for the corrected information.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards - We currently accept the following major credit cards only: Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with ACS. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number; the address and telephone number that your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - ACS accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. ACS cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.

Shipping Policy

ACS ships all merchandise by UPS (United Parcel Service) delivery services. You will be charged $25.00 for any shipment that is refused. ACS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Rates & Terms

Ground Shipping - Estimated delivery in 3 to 7 business days.
Two Day Shipping - Estimated delivery by 3:00PM two days following shipment.
Next Day Shipping - Estimated delivery by 3:00PM the day following shipment.
Priority Shipping - Estimated delivery by 10:00AM the day following shipment.

Ground, Two Day, Next Day, and Priority Shipping: When purchasing a product, you will pay the shipping based on the weight of the product.
Calculating Ship Times: The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the "Product Availability" and the Shipping Time for the delivery method you select. Once ACS has shipped an order, any additional shipping/delivery delays are the sole responsibility of the shipping company, as well as the accuracy of the shipping address provided to ACS.
Total Ship Time = Product Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship Time. For example, if the Product Availability Time is 3-5 days and the Delivery Method Ship Time is 1-2 Business Days, you will receive your order in 4-7 business days.
Choosing Next Day Air or Second-Day Air does not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order is processed through our warehouse. The "Product Availability" time is the amount of time required to process your order through our warehouse and acquire the product requested. If you choose items with different "Product Availability" times -- for example, a 3-5 day delivery item along with a "Special Order" or "Pre-Order" item, each item will ship as it becomes available. There will be no extra charge for the shipment of these items. Note: Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Sales Taxes

ACS shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Utah. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Return Policy

Products may be returned to ACS for replacement or refund in the following manner: Returns to ACS must be made within 30 days of the invoice date (except for CPU's; all CPU's sales are final; CPU's are not eligible for return for refund or credit; some OEM CPU's are eligible for defective replacement for a period of 90-days from the date of purchase). After 30 days, all sales are final and you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer or publisher of your product. Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. Laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, computer systems, and special order items may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund. Software returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened.
Returning Non-Defective Products: Return of non-defective product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If a returned non-defective item has been opened in a manner which makes it unsaleable as "new", a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the returned item. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of all returns. Non-defective software that has been opened will not be accepted by ACS for return. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 1-3 weeks for refunds of non-defective products to be processed and credited to your account.
Returning Defective Products: If you are seeking replacement of a defective product, you must place a new order for the identical product. Defective software may be returned for exchange with the same product only. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement. When ACS receives the returned defective product, you will be credited in full for the defective product plus the original shipping cost. Due to possible limited stock, replacement product may not be readily available and cannot be guaranteed. Please allow 72 hours, after receipt of the returned defective product by ACS, for refunds to be processed and additional time may occur with individual banks.

In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid and all items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a 15% re-boxing fee for items not returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.

All returned products will be tested upon receipt in our warehouse. If the product is returned due to defect and it is determined that the product is in working condition, it will be sent back to you. If it is determined that the returned product has been tampered with or damaged due to use, this would constitute a violation of our return policy terms, the will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. All returns must be sent to the following address: ACS Returns, 1725 Sidewinder Drive, Suite 1010, Park City, Utah 84060. All product returns must be shipped, using a shipment tracking number, via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that provides shipment-tracking services.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All returns and replacements occurring after 30 days from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.

Product Service and Support

All requests for technical service and support on a specific product purchased through this or any other ACS site should be made directly to the manufacturer of the product in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against ACS shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the ACS sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
