Product Support:

As a reseller of products, ACS provides some product support which is limited to the verification of shipment and delivery of the ordered products and assistance in the verification of a defective product. ACS does not provide product technical support as it relates to the operation and use of any products sold through this web site. For assistance in these areas of support, ACS can usually provide the customer with a manufacturer contact telephone number for further assistance. Order Status:

All orders are entered as pending until ACS confirms proper shipping and billing information, as well as product availability. This generally means that orders will not be shipped in the same day they are placed. ACS will generally ship all orders within 24 hours from the time they were placed. If, for any reason, the order shipping, billing or availability does not permit such a turn-around, an ACS representative will contact the customer by telephone and e-mail to confirm the order status. You can access your order status on-line through our e-commerce mall when you logon with the user ID that you were supplied when you placed your order.
